By Ev This product just didn't work for me. I'm really sensitive to caffeine and this just didn't do anything. If you want to try Cha de Bugre try a product with a higher concentration.

By C. L. Brown I'm getting ready to order my second bottle. I've been recommending this to anyone I know who is trying to lose weight. I wouldn't call it an appetite 'supressant' because I still feel hungry, but do I feel full MUCH faster than if I don't take it. I usually eat about half as much. Another plus is the energy I'm getting. It's not like I've had too much coffee; I just feel more motivated. My personal experience is a 7 pound loss in my first two weeks with minimal exercise (go for a walk, take the stairs, gardening, etc.). I would say that's pretty sensible, and definitely a healthy rate. I also ordered a few workout DVDs. I can't wait to see the results. This stuff is awesome. It really, really works.
