I got it because it was cheap and heck why not. I went from a 48inch around the stomach to 35inches by taking these pills as directed, working out 4 times a week (45-60min at a time) and eating more veggies (but still having some sweets regardless. Haven't taken them in a while but also haven't seen much of an increase in my stomach girth, which is nice.

I bought these pills completely unsure about whether or not they would work. After taking them for about 12 days, I lost 6 pounds! It all came from my mid-section. INCHES were gone! I have had to deal with some extremely stressful events over the last 2 years and had acquired inches of fat JUST around my stomach, to the point where I looked completely disproportional. It was beginning to get to the point where I knew this was no longer healty. NOTHING had made me lose a pound before this. I actually cut down to 700 calories per day and went to the gym 3 times a week and I lost maybe 2 pounds over a month. I have been taking these pills a couple times a day and not even changed my normal routine. I have been having 3 sensible meals per day and been active at least twice a week, which is normal for me. It is like day and night. The pounds still seem to be coming off and I hope to reach my target wait in a couple months! :)

I bought a bottle of Cortizyne thinking "What the heck, it's only [...] bucks" but when I took it, along with a low fat diet and some exercise, my stubborn belly fat started shrinking away! I'm not kidding, this belly fat, which hasn't budged in 6 years, was disappearing before my eyes! Anyway, I would recommend this product to anyone, plus it has a feel good effect.

Tried this as part of my new "modified" eating & exercise lifestyle change-I did NOT find that this product provided any noticable aid in the control of cortisol-the result being belly fat- nor did I notice any "Thermogenic" effect-even tried doubling up the dosage at certain times-a fair price for the amount & convenience for the ingredient combination had it worked as anticipated BUT no benefits for me
