Hard to find supplement.I have used before with no negative side effects whatsoever.Noticed enhanced muscular density,deeper voice(temporary)and other desired results.Free postage is another draw for me.One of the best deals on Amazon.

I started using chrysin 500 about 2 weeks into my training. One thing I can say is wow! No water retention; no shrunken testicles; great stamina, sex drive, and overall good feeling. I don't even get any emotional episodes, like you do if it is not used! Great natural product, however you have to take 6 pills a day (2 pills x 3 times a day), I kind of wish they could at least make the product 500 mg's in just one pill. Great product anyway!

I had read a review on this product that said it made him go to the bathroom a lot more but I didn't know it would be quite as bad as it was. I took 2 with each meal (3 times a day) and I noticed that I had an extreme amount of gas problems and felt the urge to purge regularly whether I could or not. I started taking one a meal and it backed off a bit but I still felt gaseous. This product may not affect you the same way but I couldn't take it anymore and had to order something else.

Like all aromatase inhibitors, this product does more damage than good. It thins your bones, increase cholesterol levels, among other side effects. The FDA put out a recall for aromatase inhibitor products on its website (Posted 09/20/2010; UPDATED 10/08/2010). Even cancer specialists who are studying and treating breast and ovarian cancers are unease about using aromatase inhibitors (this has proven effective with post-menopause women). So, run away from this product
